The Equal Employment Manager for the Indiana National Guard serves as the principal advisor to the Adjutant General and manages the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program to include Special Emphasis Programs, the Affirmative Employment Plan, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Complaints Processing System for the Army and Air National Guard. In conjunction with the State HR/EO and MEO Officers, coordinates and assists in the development of ARNG EO and ANG MEO military programs.
